| | | George Baldwin | | | | For over 20 years, George Baldwin has been involved in local music ministry and in the mainstream of church music publishing. He has served as minister of music in churches in California, North Carolina, Arizona, Texas and Kansas. As publisher, he has held the position of Director of Music Publications for Sparrow Records, Maranatha! Music and most recently Creative Director for Lillenas Publishing Company. George holds an undergraduate degree in sacred music with a minor in music theory from Palm Beach Atlantic College in West Palm Beach, Florida. He graduated with his Masters of Church Music degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas in 1977. He was ordained to the gospel ministry in August of 1975. He has served on the board of directors for the Gospel Music Association, the Pasadena Community Orchestra and Right-Side-Up Stories. One of George's passions is to see the arts and creativity flourish in the worship of the church. He resides in Shawnee, Kansas, with his wife Ann and their son Carter. | | | | |
