In the morning of the same day, Kevin had prayed for more time to spend in his devotions. All goes well until Kevin is invited to a party where a young lady he likes will be attending. Kevin is faced with the dilemma of trying to tell Jesus he now has something else he wants to do. Jesus tries to come along, but Kevin insists Jesus stay at his apartment until he returns from the party. Jesus again tries to leave, so Kevin detains Jesus by nailing Him to an imaginary cross, only to return several hours later and realize what he has done. In a quiet, but touching ending, Kevin is forgiven. This sketch demonstrates the reality of Christ's death on the Cross and creates an environment where people can relate personally to His sacrifice and forgiveness. | | Performance Royalty: Nonroyalty | | |
